Our expertise extends across multiple industries, including luxury villa hospitality in Goa, where we help elevate brand presence, streamline guest communication, and enhance the overall booking experience.Role Overview:We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can manage and convert villa booking inquiries into confirmed reservations while maintaining warm, professional communication with guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, client service, and sales excellence within a creative environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle villa booking inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other communication platforms.Communicate effectively and build rapport with potential guests to convert leads into confirmed bookings.Coordinate booking details and ensure smooth check-in and guest experiences.Maintain daily sales reports and manage CRM entries for tracking performance.Collaborate with the villa management and branding teams to align communication standards.Assist in improving guest experience touchpoints and upselling opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or client relations (villa or hotel experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident in handling WhatsApp, email, and call-based client communication.Goal-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in managing multiple inquiries.What You’ll Gain: Hands-on exposure in hospitality and client management.
