Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the organisation.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.

- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.

- Collaborate with HR business partners to onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent Degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders/ Leadership team.

- Team Handling experience is must.
