What would you be doing?


  • Collaborate with Airblack’s business leaders and drive end-to-end talent recruitment and onboarding to meet all full-time and contractual talent needs across the organization.
  • Own mass hiring for Airblack’s inside sales team through both campus hiring and recruiting through platforms like Naukri and . Bonus: Become a key 0-1 contributor to Airblack’s center expansion across North and West India
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of employees including onboarding, query resolution, retention, rewards and recognition, benefits, and exit management.
  • Implement performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives to boost talent retention and productivity across functions.
  • Implement tooling and dashboards to track recruitment, employee health, and HR processes and give actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Oversee overall compliance and policy adherence relating to both full-time and contractual employees.
  • Work directly with the leadership team on strategic team expansion and performance initiatives. You will be in the driving seat for crucial growth initiatives, as we scale Airblack’s revenue and profitability by 10x in the next 2 years


What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  • Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years experience in Talent Acquisition roles with at least 3+ years in team handling. Previous experience working with inside sales-driven organizations is preferable.
  • Experience with campus recruitment and Tier-2 recruiting is bonus recruitment and recruitment from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • You have a strong drive to own key metrics, are target-focused, and willing to both delegate and execute as and when needed.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the leadership and the team.
