Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition -Sales to lead our recruitment efforts and drive talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment initiatives to attract top talent in the insurance industry. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and meet the organization's staffing needs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, including but not limited to social media recruitment, employer branding initiatives, talent pipelining, and employee referral programs.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, from requisition to offer stage, ensuring timely and efficient execution of recruitment activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, monitor recruitment performance, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee the recruitment of bulk requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets within specified timelines.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment technologies, and emerging trends in recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Experience leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize recruitment processes and drive recruitment outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and driving continuous improvement.
