Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager – US Staffing to drive business growth by managing client relationships, identifying staffing needs, and ensuring successful talent placements. This role also demands a strong background in US IT sales, with a focus on acquiring and growing new business within the IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients in IT staffing.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Work closely with recruiters to identify, qualify, and present top talent.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure win-win partnerships.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients in the IT staffing space.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring revenue growth and client retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align staffing solutions with client business needs.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in US IT staffing/account management and US IT sales.
  • Strong knowledge of contract staffing, W2, C2C, and 1099 models.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new clients and expanding business in the US IT staffing sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs in IT sales and staffing.
  • Strong understanding of the IT staffing market, trends, and client needs.
