Candidates are required to handle cases before all courts and tribunals. This includes representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunals and Consumer Courts. Your work will involve diverse matters such as amalgamations, demergers, restructuring, shareholder disputes, recoveries, and insolvency and bankruptcy cases. Minimum RequirementsLaw Degree from a Registered University and enrolment with a State Bar Council. 4+ years of post-qualification experience and in-depth knowledge in one or more of the areas mentioned above. Ability to handle work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Excellent understanding of legal procedures and documentation, and case management Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide strategic advice Strong written and verbal communication skills
