Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator located in Noida. The coordinator will support individuals with psychiatric or mental health challenges by implementing rehabilitation plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and assisting clients in achieving independence and personal goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, managing cases, facilitating therapy sessions, and providing skill-building support in alignment with treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy to aid in client rehabilitation and functional improvement.
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Case Management and Rehabilitation expertise for planning, coordinating, and monitoring client progress.
  • Ability to work empathetically with diverse populations and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields is required; a Master's degree and prior experience in mental health services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mental health support strategies and relevant compliance requirements is beneficial.
