Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Compliance Officer located in Noida. The Corporate Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. This individual will develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies. The role includes evaluating the efficiency of controls and improving them continuously, drafting and implementing company policies, and regularly updating the company on changes in laws and regulations. Additionally, the role will involve conducting investigations to identify possible compliance issues and collaborating with various departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Finance knowledge and skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle complex problems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar compliance role is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance management software
