Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intellectual Property Lawyer, located in Noida. The Intellectual Property Lawyer will be responsible for handling patent applications, providing legal advice on patent law, managing intellectual property portfolios, and handling trademark issues. Daily tasks will include drafting and filing patent applications, conducting patent searches, offering legal advice, and representing clients in intellectual property disputes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Patent Applications and Patent Law
  • Experience with Intellectual Property and Trademarks
  • Ability to provide comprehensive legal advice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field; additional qualifications in Intellectual Property Law are a plus
  • Experience in the legal industry, particularly in intellectual property cases
