As Tamarind Global continues to grow, it is seeking an experienced HR professional to strengthen its Human Resources function and drive seamless people operations across the organisation.Role Overview:The Senior Consultant Human Resources will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a dynamic and people-oriented professional who can partner with business leaders, drive employee engagement initiatives, support performance management activities, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to selection and onboarding.- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.- Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:- Oversee HR operational activities including offer letters, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit processes.- Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and compliance documentation.- Provide HR support across queries, policy interpretation, and grievance handling.Onboarding & Induction:- Conduct structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.- Facilitate orientation sessions to familiarise employees with company culture, policies, and expectations.Employee Engagement:- Design, plan, and execute employee engagement activities and team-building programs.- Implement initiatives to build a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.Performance Management:- Support periodic performance review cycles and appraisal processes.- Work with managers to document goals, track progress, and identify development needs.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Work closely with leadership, team managers, and cross-functional departments to support HR initiatives.- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance HR processes.Qualifications & Experience:- 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.- Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is an added advantage.Who Should Apply?:This role is ideal for proactive, people-centric HR professionals who enjoy taking ownership, engaging with employees, and contributing to a supportive workplace culture.
