Role Overview :
The Product & Contracting Executive will be responsible for developing, contracting, and managing outbound holiday products across global destinations. The role requires strong knowledge of international travel products, leading hotel chains, and supplier networks worldwide. The candidate will negotiate competitive rates, design innovative itineraries, and ensure Sales teams are equipped with market-ready products that strengthen the company's competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Development & Design :
Create structured itineraries and packages across
all major global destinations
(FIT, Bespoke Luxury). Design specialized products for families, experiential travellers, festive/seasonal departures, and luxury segments. Launch and update products regularly in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.Contracting & Negotiation :
Build and maintain supplier databases worldwide (Hotels, DMCs, Sightseeing, Transporters, Service Providers). Negotiate competitive contracts and value-adds with global suppliers to create exclusive packages.
Hotel & Destination Expertise :
Strong knowledge of
international hotel chains, boutique properties, and luxury resorts
. Ability to identify properties that fit specific client needs (luxury, mid-segment, experiential). Stay updated on new hotel openings, seasonal offers, and loyalty program benefits.
Sales & Market Support :
Provide Sales teams with accurate, quick, and competitive product options. Train Sales on destination knowledge, product offerings, and hotel programs.
Research & Benchmarking :
Monitor competitor products and global travel trends. Continuously explore innovative inclusions that enhance our USP.
Supplier/Vendor Engagement :
Develop strong working relationships with
worldwide
Suppliers / Vendors. Showcase our product portfolio to gain visibility and explore joint marketing support.
Requirements :
- 4 – 6 years
of experience in Outbound Travel Product & Contracting. - Hands-on knowledge of all major global destinations and strong familiarity with international hotel chains.
- Proven track record in contracting and supplier negotiations.
- Ability to curate both luxury and mid-segment holiday products.
- Strong research, costing, and itinerary designing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
