About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing to take ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives. This leadership role is designed for professionals who are ready to strategize, lead, and mentor while driving measurable brand growth. You'll manage high-impact campaigns, optimize budgets, oversee ATL/BTL activities and events, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Lead social media strategy, content planning, and performance-driven advertising.
  • Drive and manage ATL/BTL campaigns and brand events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Leverage Martech platforms (Zoho, Clevertap, HubSpot, etc.) for campaign optimization.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members for consistent, high-quality output.
  • Manage marketing budgets with focus on ROI and efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and present strategic recommendations to management.
  • Deliver detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

What You'll Lead

  • Strategic oversight of digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns.
  • Stakeholder and partner engagement to align marketing with business goals.
  • Mentoring of junior executives and building team capabilities.
  • Budget ownership and decision-making for high-impact initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, ATL/BTL, events, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Martech tools (Zoho, Clevertap, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in leading teams or independently managing projects.
