The Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and hiring exceptional individuals who will contribute to TripleLift's success.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Sourcing & Talent Pipelining:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networking, and employee referrals to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired roles and critical positions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and conducting initial video interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked and documented in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Hiring Manager Collaboration & Advisory:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions and interview plans.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and data to inform recruitment strategies and expectations.
Candidate Experience Management:
- Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including leveraging social media, professional networks, and other talent acquisition tools.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience hiring for technical roles is a plus.
