Job Title: Office Assistant (Accounts)
Job Location: Mayo College, Ajmer
Reporting To: CFO, Mayo College General Council
We invite CVs of experienced personnel for the position of Office Assistant (Accounts). The role requires to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records maintenance of Mayo Endowment Fund. Also to assist in functioning of the office of CFO, MCGC.
Brief of Job Responsibilities of the incumbent in the said role are listed as below:-
- Endowment Fund:
a) Day to day work of Mayo Endowment Fund as may be assigned
b) Maintain the calendar of event pertaining to Mayo Endowment Fund
c) Maintain the archives of Mayo Endowment Fund
d) Check the e-mails and its follow up
- To prepare and maintain a record of all financial transactions of Mayo Endowment Fund.
- To assist and prepare documents for CFO, MCGC to present MIS, presentations, database for meetings and various analysis.
- To assist in functioning of the office of CFO, MCGC. Liaise with various departments for acquiring required items / stores / installations, etc.
- To provide assistance to CFO, MCGC in discharging all his duties as per the charter specified.
- Liaison with all MCGC institutions for gathering information and coordination.
Qualification: Commerce graduate & MBA Finance or CA Intermediate.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance function.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of Financial Accounting Concepts
- Overview of GST and Income Tax, preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Email writing and handling skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
