**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- **Coordination with CA**: Liaise with our Chartered Accountant for tax and compliance needs.
- **GST and TDS Management**: File monthly GST returns and calculate TDS accurately.
- **Online Accounting for E-commerce**: Manage accounts related to Amazon and website sales.
- **Excel Tasks for Payroll**: Prepare salary sheets and reports in MS Excel.
- **Daily Billing**: Manage daily billing operations for smooth cash flow.
- **Debtors and Creditors Management**: Maintain records and connect with debtors and creditors for payments.
- **Bank Statements and Backup**: Download bank statements and maintain Tally backups.
- **Expense Booking**: Record and classify all office expenses.
- **Stock Creation in Tally**: Manage inventory and create stock records in Tally.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow and prepare weekly reports.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets.
- **Internal Audits**: Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure data accuracy.
- **MIS Reporting**: Generate monthly reports on financial performance.
- **Payroll Compliance**: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local laws.
- **Cost and Expense Analysis**: Review expenses to suggest cost-saving measures.
- **Document Management**: Organize and retain financial documents systematically.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
