Sales Co-ordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and handling customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Prepare and manage sales quotes, proposals, and presentations as needed.
- Track sales orders and ensure they are processed efficiently.
- **Order Management**:
- Oversee the end-to-end order process from order creation to delivery.
- Monitor order status and follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Address any issues related to orders, including delays, shortages, or product discrepancies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Act as a point of contact for customers, handling queries, complaints, and providing support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and prospecting activities.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the sales team and management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client meetings, and communications.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between the sales department and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics.
- Assist with coordinating product shipments, deliveries, and installations as needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and customers to manage expectations.
- **Sales Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas where processes can be improved to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to assist in sales planning
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,816.10 - ₹15,741.81 per month
Schedule:

- Weekend availability
