Business Development Associate

We are looking for individuals keen to engage with Corporate CXOs, HNIs, VCs, Banks, and Businesses for business development and who have a flair for Lead Generation.


Prior experience as a Wealth Management RM or in the sale of Mutual Funds and Insurance will closely match the requirements of this role. If you have worked with VCs or Funds as an RM or BDM, you are a perfect fit for this role.


A formal understanding of social media promotion and additional qualifications in the social media space is a distinct advantage. Experience in Lead Generation through social media promotion, and the use of SEO/SEM tools over a long period, will be very advantageous for this role.


Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential for the role.


This is a full-time role in Mumbai, working from the office. The location will be Worli or the western suburbs.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a PG Diploma in Marketing Management or Advertising & PR from a reputed college
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Bachelor in Management Studies (BBA/BBM)
  • BE/MBAs with a specialization in Finance or Marketing.


Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience is required, and senior candidates are welcome.


Remuneration: The role offers attractive remuneration and growth opportunities, including a fixed salary, incentives, bonuses, and the opportunity to participate in growth.


Key Result Areas:

  1. Sales and Business Development for generating members for investments in the start-up ecosystem, working closely with CXOs, Business Leaders, and VCs.
  2. Analyze SEO traffic on the website and constantly improve incoming inquiries.
  3. Promote the company on social media, especially and Trade Sites, and other social media channels. Increase required engagement with Investor profiles.
  4. Work with Event Managers to enhance participation for the company.
  5. Write small blogs on a weekly basis and create Thought Leadership opportunities.
  6. Invest time in lead generation through , qualified databases, and provided contacts. Follow up for meetings and participate in inducting new Investors.
