Job Title: Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Bhubaneswar (Only Local candidates will be considered)
Experience: 3+ years in LAP or Mortgage, with at least 3+ years of mandatory LAP experience at RM/SM level, managing DSA for 3-4 years.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with a strong background in Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LAP business and competition, excellent financial acumen, and proven leadership skills to manage large teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the LAP and Mortgage business, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead and mentor a large team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- Present cases to senior management with comprehensive facts and insights.
- Update the central team on competition offerings and new products to stay ahead in the market.
- Analyze and understand financial statements and reports to make informed business decisions.
- Drive distribution strategies and ensure efficient market Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in sales.
- Proven industry experience in Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and understand financials.
