The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, achieving business targets, leading and mentoring the branch staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. They will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to grow enrollments, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and monitoring branch performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders, students, and partnersProficiency in planning, strategic thinking, and decision-makingProblem-solving and analytical skills to assess branch performance and implement improvementsExperience in operations management and customer service excellenceUnderstanding of the education industry and distance learning programs is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferredProven track record in achieving business targets and managing a successful team
