Hiring: Branch Sales Officer – Branch Banking (CASA & KYC Focus) We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our Branch Banking team as a Branch Sales Officer in key growth markets across South and West India. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in field sales, particularly within the banking or financial services sector, and hands-on experience driving CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and managing regulatory compliance. Job Details Title Branch Sales Officer – Branch Banking Location Branches across Maharashtra Experience 2–5 years in field sales (Banking/Insurance preferred) Requirements Graduation preferred; Must own a two-wheeler and be open to travel. ️ Key Responsibilities - CASA Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new CASA and liability accounts through effective field sales, referrals, and cold-calling efforts. - Target Achievement: Meet and exceed branch liability sales and revenue targets. - Compliance & KYC: Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and all internal regulatory policies in daily operations. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships within the branch network. - Product Cross-Selling: Effectively cross-sell other financial products, including insurance and mutual funds. ✅ What We're Looking For - Professionals with direct experience in banking field sales. - In-depth, practical knowledge of CASA products and the entire KYC/AML process. - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Local candidates with relevant market knowledge are highly preferred.
