Branch Manager – Branch Banking | Leading Private Sector Bank Location: Multiple Locations (as per business requirement) Experience: 8–10+ Years in Retail Banking CTC: Up to -17 LPA About the Role We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager - Branch Banking professional with strong leadership, client acquisition, and business development skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail liabilities and team management, with a proven ability to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities - Drive business growth through CASA acquisition and portfolio enhancement. - Manage the overall profitability, compliance, and operations of the branch. - Lead a team to achieve sales, service, and productivity goals. - Cross-sell wealth and insurance products to existing and new customers. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure superior service delivery. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams for business initiatives. Candidate Profile - Experience: Minimum 810 years in Retail Banking with at least 1.52 years in the current role. - Book Size: CASA book of ₹100 Cr+ (MNC Banks: AUM + SA/CA ₹80100 Cr). - Education: Postgraduate preferred (MBA, Engineering + MBA, or equivalent). - Appraisal: Must have been in Top 2 performance categories for the last 3 years. - Leadership: Experience managing branch teams (sales, service, and operations). - Communication: Fluent in English and professionally presentable.
