Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated NonIT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in sourcing and hiring candidates for nontechnical roles across various industries including manufacturing finance healthcare and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and source candidates for nontechnical roles through job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit for nonIT positions.

Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to nonIT roles.

Job Posting: Create and manage job advertisements for nontechnical positions across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers including salary discussions and onboarding procedures for nonIT roles.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions relevant to nontechnical positions.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities including metrics on candidate pipelines timetofill and hiring success rates for nonIT roles.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process for nonIT positions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in recruiting for nontechnical roles across various industries.

Strong understanding of recruitment tools and techniques specific to nonIT positions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work independently.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.

Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
