Position Summary: We areseeking an experienced and dedicated NonITRecruiter to join our recruitment team. This role isperfect for individuals with a strong background in sourcing andhiring candidates for nontechnical roles across various industriesincluding manufacturing finance healthcare and more.

KeyResponsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify andsource candidates for nontechnical roles through job boards socialmedia networking events and employee referrals.

Candidate Screening: Conductthorough screenings and initial interviews to assess candidatesqualifications experience and cultural fit for nonITpositions.

ClientCollaboration: Partner with hiring managers andclients to understand their staffing needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies tailored to nonIT roles.

Job Posting: Create andmanage job advertisements for nontechnical positions across variousplatforms to attract suitable candidates.

Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a seamless process forboth candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Management: Buildand maintain relationships with candidates providing guidance andsupport throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Negotiation: Assist inthe negotiation of job offers including salary discussions andonboarding procedures for nonIT roles.

Market Research: Stayinformed about industry trends and labor market conditions relevantto nontechnical positions.

Reporting: Prepare regularreports on recruitment activities including metrics on candidatepipelines timetofill and hiring success rates for nonITroles.

ProcessImprovement: Continuously seek opportunities toenhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment processfor nonIT positions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.

Provenexperience in recruiting for nontechnical roles across variousindustries.

Strong understanding of recruitmenttools and techniques specific to nonIT positions.

Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitmentprojects simultaneously and work independently.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS OfficeSuite.

Strong negotiation and problemsolvingskills.
