**Job brief**

**Responsibilities for Area Sales executive**
- Will be responsible for driving sales of Business Process Services - especially finance & accounting, Loans, Investment & Other solutions.
- Expertise and practical experience in selling managed services.

**- Drive activities, goals, and sales on daily & weekly call reports, training sessions, and joint field sales efforts.**
- Recognize activities/synergies that will influence longer-term relationship.
- Hunt and acquire new customers in retail Finance, Investment & Other Sector.
- Skills - negotiation, influencing, initiative, assertive presence, problem solving, communication and the ability to work across multiple projects
- Selling Retail solution sets in a geographic territory and surrounding area as per company policy.

**- Target Base job & Target completing on daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis without fail.**
- Produce selling tariffs and local schedules to the customers.
- Track and monitor customers' performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Department.
- Develop and execute a detailed business plan to manage and grow revenue opportunities from within your territory, and new prospects within your market as per company products & policy.
- Manage field resources in sales target on daily, weekly & monthly without fail.
- Passion for the work you are selling.

- Understand their individual requirements.
- To build and manage effective external client relationships.
- Keep up to date with market trends and manage workload.

- Ability to recruit, hire and train successful sales people and Field Staff that fit the brand image and culture in our company.
- Achieving the sales targets set for new accounts acquisition and development of existing accounts within the sales territory.
- Pursue and develop sales opportunities including sales visits, product presentations, proposals and negotiations, closing of sales and involvement of after sales service delivery throughout the entire implementation processes.
- Manage existing accounts professionally by continually developing the accounts through profitable business propositions.
- Be a pro-active and overall team player by working closely with other team members to ensure that overall company objectives are met.
- Identify previous clients and re-engage with them promoting new products and services.
- Identify lapsed leads and re-engage with them promoting new products and services.
- Monitor competitor clients, products, pricing, weaknesses and strengths and ensure individual sales strategy is developed accordingly.
- Provide advice and guidance to the business units to keep them aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate products and services are developed to meet the operating units’ mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.
- Continue to build knowledge of the product range, including competitor's products and key accounts on territory.
- Develop further opportunities with Current Customers.

**- Develop TARGETED new Customers.**
- Build intra-company teamwork between Customer Service and also the needs of the Customer.

**- Forecasting Sales annually, daily, weekly and monthly.**
- Development and implementation of Non-Acute sales initiatives within defined territory.
- Retention of existing accounts by maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Qualifications & Experience for retail sales executive**

**- Actively participates in setting sales objectives to meet plans**
- Strong industry and sales service solution knowledge

**- Strong understanding of customer’s decision making process, goals, objectives, strategies & Sales Target Archiver.**
- Build strong strategy for both short and long-term opportunities and identify creative ways to meet customer needs
- Must maintain professional attitude
- A minimum of 3-5 years retail account management, sales management and or, retail channel, Finance, Loan management experience.
- Action and Process oriented.
- Experience in the Loan, Finance industry, Min 3 year experience.
- Engage on detailed business issues and conceptualize solutions.
- Participates in sales activities and events and assists Sales Manager in successful achievement of sales targets.

**- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Sales & Marketing.**
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant preferred.
- Experience selling to acute Finance & Investment Products.

- Manage all program and promotional spending within budget.
