Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel sales strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in developing relationships with our partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring mutual success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential channel partners and assess their capabilities.
Partner Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners to ensure their success.
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales tools and promotional materials for partners.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance partner sales capabilities.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze channel sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify trends and insights to drive continuous Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to share partner feedback and drive strategic Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in channel sales or partner management, preferably in FMCD industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and channel dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
