Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Customer Support Executive. The job includes answering customer questions, giving online and technical support, solving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily work involves replying to queries through phone, email, or chat, fixing problems, and working with other teams to resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications
- Give quick and helpful support to customers through phone, email, or chat.
- Help customers with software questions and fix technical problems.
- Guide customers on how to use our accounting software and GST features better.
- Work with the tech team to solve tough issues.
- Keep proper records of customer conversations and follow up if something is not resolved.
- Suggest and support improvements in customer service processes.
- Keep learning about new trends and changes in accounting rules to better support customers.
- Only Commerce graduates can apply (BBA / B.Com / MBA / Commerce).
