Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates via email or chat, resolving their concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Reviewing candidate-provided documents for accuracy and completeness, communicating any necessary additional information clearly and concisely.
  • Educating candidates on our documentation processes, offering guidance and support to ensure they fully understand the requirements.
  • Documenting candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and updating relevant documentation as needed.
  • Handling level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and support processes.
