We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Relationship Development Manager. This position involves managing relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
This is a highly responsible role that requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone calls and messages, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback and concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
