Job Title: Executive - Corporate Relations and Employee Volunteering


Location: Bengaluru, India


CTC: 4-6 LPA (Based on candidature and last drawn)


Roles and Responsibilities:

Corporate Relations, Reporting and Compliance, Networking and Representation:

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to secure funding and resources for the NGO’s programs.

·      Identify and pitch opportunities for CSR partnerships aligned with corporate’s CSR objectives and the NGO's mission.

·      Develop proposals, MOUs, and presentations tailored to potential corporate donors.

·      Liaise with corporate CSR teams to co-create impactful initiatives, ensuring alignment with both parties’ objectives.

·      Coordinate with internal program teams to develop projects and reports in compliance with corporate requirements.

·      Track and document partnership deliverables, ensuring timely submissions of project reports, financial updates, and acknowledgment letters.

·      Ensure CSR initiatives adhere to applicable laws, regulations and timelines.

·      Represent the NGO at CSR events, conferences, and networking forums to increase visibility and build partnerships.

·      Develop and sustain a strong corporate network through active engagement and communication.

Corporate Volunteering management

·      Conceptualize and implement engaging & meaningful employee volunteering programs that align with the corporate’s CSR strategy and the NGO’s objectives.

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating volunteering events, including logistics, permissions, and communications.

·      Work closely with various internal teams and volunteers to ensure successful execution of activities.

·      Train and orient employees participating in volunteering activities to maximize impact and enhance the experience.

·      Collect and analyze feedback from volunteers to improve program design and delivery.

·      Measure the success of employee volunteering initiatives through surveys, case studies, and other evaluation tools.

·      Prepare detailed post-event reports with photographs, metrics, and success stories to share with corporate partners.

General Responsibilities:

·      Maintain a database of corporate partners, volunteering participants, and program impact metrics.

·      Stay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance engagement strategies.

·      Contribute to the NGO’s communication materials, such as newsletters, social media posts, and impact stories related to corporate relations and volunteering.

·      Support fund-raising campaigns, donor events, and other organizational initiatives as needed.

 

Selection Criteria

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the fund raising, Volunteering / Project coordination/ relevant job profile

Education: Bachelors/Masters

Languages needed: English, Hindi & Kannada (any other regional languages)

Skills: Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal skills, Coordination and event management skills

Other requirements: NGO working experience will be valuable
