Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Corporate Partners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key corporate partners, developing and executing mentoring volunteer engagement campaigns, identifying new outreach partners, and leading business development discussions with potential corporate collaborators. This role is critical in creating strong partnerships for mentoring within corporates in India, and in ensuring the sustainability of our programs.


Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Partner Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners.

- Develop and execute engagement strategies to involve corporate employees in mentoring programs.

- Coordinate with corporate partners to design and implement customized mentoring campaigns that align with their CSR objectives.


Drive Volunteer Engagement Campaigns:

- Collaborate with corporate partners to create impactful volunteer engagement campaigns.

- Organize outreach sessions, workshops, and events to prepare corporate volunteers for effective mentoring.

- Monitor and evaluate the success of volunteer engagement initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.


Outreach and Business Development:

- Identify and approach new corporate partners for potential collaboration.

- Lead business development discussions with prospective partners, presenting Mentor Together’s value proposition and partnership opportunities.

- Develop proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development activities.


Strategic Planning and Reporting:

- Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance corporate partnerships and volunteer engagement.

- Track and report on partnership activities, campaign outcomes, and business development progress.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partnership status and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate partnership management, business development, or a related role within the non-profit sector.


Proven track record of successfully managing corporate relationships and developing volunteer engagement programs.


Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Strong organizational and project management abilities.


Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Passion for youth development and commitment to Mentor Together’s mission.
