Role Summary: The Corporate Relations Manager will lead Biotecnika's corporate outreach strategy, fostering relationships with industry leaders, and facilitating the placement of our trained students and subscribers. This role requires expertise in B2B relationship management, talent acquisition, and strategic corporate engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Team Management:


  • Lead and manage the Corporate Relations team to meet organizational goals.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve placement and partnership targets.
  • Resolve team challenges and conduct regular meetings for alignment.


2. Corporate Outreach & Relationship Building:


  • Develop partnerships with HR leaders and industry professionals.
  • Onboard companies to post jobs on our platform and hire talent through Biotecnika.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key industry players to create hiring pipelines.


3. Student Placement & Talent Acquisition:


  • Collaborate with companies to understand hiring needs and connect them with qualified students.
  • Facilitate smooth hiring processes as a liaison between candidates and recruiters.
  • Meet and exceed placement targets.


4. Content & Marketing Support:


  • Collect and curate testimonials from successful candidates.
  • Leverage testimonials to attract more corporate partners and employers.


5. Webinar & Speaker Management:


  • Identify and engage industry experts for webinars and events.
  • Ensure high-quality sessions that enhance brand visibility and corporate relationships.


6. Brand Ambassador Program:


  • Develop and manage relationships with Brand Ambassadors in the corporate sector.
  • Strategize campaigns to increase placements and strengthen partnerships.


7. Strategic Planning & Reporting:


  • Design quarterly plans to achieve placement and outreach goals.
  • Provide detailed reports on corporate outreach, placement success, and market trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine strategies for better results.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Education: Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3-10 years in B2B relations, corporate partnerships, or HR recruitment.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong network in biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and achieve results in target-driven environments.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Passion: A commitment to bridging the education-industry gap.


Compensation: Salary up to ₹10 LPA, based on experience and performance.
