Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate & Office Corporate Office 306, NextGen Infratech (Work Well), Millennium Business Park, Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Project Office: Balaji Symphony, New Panvel East.

Salary: Competitive, as per industry Graduation with MBA preferred


Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.


Candidate Location Preference: Navi Mumbai & Thane area.

Job Description:.

- We are looking for an Experienced Sales Manager who excels in real estate sales strategies and leadership.

- This role requires someone who can effectively drive sales growth, handle complex transactions, and lead a high-performing team.

- The ideal candidate will have strong skills in tele calling to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.

- They should also demonstrate expertise in closing sales, ensuring that all post-sale documentation, including legal formalities and compliance with real estate regulations, is handled emciently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness, growth, and use analytics tools to monitor our market reputation.

- Analyze Return on Sales (ROS) and Return on Investment (ROI) to refine our sales strategies and resource allocation.

- Lead our lead generation efforts by setting parameters for high-quality leads and ensuring their conversion into sales.

- Utilize social media platforms effectively to showcase our properties and engage potential buyers.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of real estate services, including land acquisition, plot sales,. and legal compliance.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and manage the entire sales process from start to finish, including customer service post-sales.

- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to maximize their reach and impact.

- Stay updated on RERA regulations and other laws affecting the real estate industry.

- Expertly handle sales to international buyers interested in investing in our properties, employing strategic marketing and market analysis.

- Implement international marketing strategies to attract foreign investors and expand our global. presence.

- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales processes, track leads, and foster strong customer relationships.

- Excel in tele calling efforts to nurture leads and successfully close sales.

- Effectively manage post-sales documentation, including stamp duty, registration, and other legal formalities.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to our sales team, helping them enhance their skills and achieve their targets.

- Regularly analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine our strategies.

Qualiflcations and Skills:

- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MBA is preferred.

- A thorough understanding of real estate market dynamics, legal requirements, and regulatory compliance.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced analytical tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities 7 years+
