The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the overall accounts for BLive, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting our growth objectives. Designation – Senior Finance Manager

 

Locations – HSR, Bangalore.  

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.)   Overall Accounts Management:

a.)   Oversee and manage the accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and general ledger maintenance.

b.)   Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including the preparation of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for senior management.


2.)   Cash Flow Management:

a.)   Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

b.)   Maintain strong relationships with bankers and financial institutions to optimize financing opportunities.


3.)   Taxation and Compliance:

a.)   Manage all aspects of taxation, including GST compliance and filing.

b.)   Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and compliance requirements.


4.)   Customer Transactions:

a.)   Collaborate with business teams to manage customer transactions efficiently.

b.)   Ensure timely updates of customer ledgers and send regular statements to customers.


5.)   Financial Reporting and Analysis:

a.)   Prepare financial statements and conduct regular financial analysis to support decision-making.

b.)   Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.


6.)   Software Proficiency:

a.)   Utilize Tally software for accounting and financial management tasks.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

- Experience in the automotive, fintech, or services business sectors is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Tally software and proficiency in its use.

- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and GST.

- Proven ability to manage cash flows and maintain strong banking relationships.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
