What you’ll Do1) Maintain Books of Accounts-Oversee the maintenance and integrity of the company's financial records.-Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.-Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

2) Financial Reporting-Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.-Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.-Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior management.

3) Daily Accounting Operations-Manage the day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable,payroll, and general ledger.-Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure efficient workflow.-Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are addressed.

4) Taxation-Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.-Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.-Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as required.-Provide guidance on tax planning and strategies to optimize tax positions.

5) Subsidiary Management-Oversee the financial operations of subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the parent company’sfinancial policies and procedures.-Consolidate financial statements for the group.-Conduct regular financial reviews and audits of subsidiary accounts.

What We're Looking For:-Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.-4 to 6 years of experience in accounting and financial management.-In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and principles.-Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.-Strong leadership and team management capabilities.-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
