Senior Associate - Finance

in

Bengaluru

Skills and Experience Required:

3+ years of experience in Finance Control and general accounting.Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, financial reporting, audits and compliances. Ad-hoc reporting / MIS activities.Ensure uniform and proper financial control and processes across the companies.Present monthly financials to the senior management and business heads.Monitor/ report monthly operating results against the budget.Prepare monthly MIS reports including Balance Sheet, P&L and cash flow statementsPrepare the financial statements in accordance with IndAS and USGAAPWork with the internal and external auditors and ensure that the audits are completed as per the agreed timelines.Assist in the periodical physical verification of fixed assets and inventory
