You will own the complete YouTube ecosystem — from content planning, titles, thumbnails and SEO to analytics, retention and overall growth.If you understand what makes people click, watch and stay, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & PlanningPlan content buckets: astrology, remedies, stories, spiritual content, product explainersSEO, Titles & ThumbnailsWrite high-CTR titles & SEO-optimized descriptionsPlan thumbnail concepts + coordinate with designersDo keyword research (Hindi + English)Optimize old videos, playlists, tags, end screens and cardsChannel ManagementManage uploads, scheduling and channel organizationMaintain consistent branding across all videosPlan and execute Shorts strategyOversee multiple channels if requiredTeam CoordinationCollaborate with editors on long videos and ShortsWork with scriptwriters for clean, engaging scriptsCoordinate with marketing team for campaigns and product launchesAnalytics & GrowthMonitor CTR, retention, watch-time and subscriber trendsIdentify growth opportunities from dataRun A/B tests on thumbnails & titlesPrepare weekly and monthly performance reportsCommunity EngagementTrack comments, FAQs, audience feedbackPlan community posts, polls and live sessionsSuggest content ideas based on audience needsCross-team Collabs:Work with designers, editors, and strategistsAssist in influencer collaborations & campaignsEnsure festival-based and astrology-based posts go live on timeRequirements:2–3 years of real YouTube channel management experienceStrong grip on YouTube algorithm, analytics and retentionAbility to write powerful hooks, titles and descriptionsFamiliar with VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Canva or equivalent toolsComfortable writing in Hindi + English
