Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to fuel our growth across digital channels and establish Insolecrew as India's most trusted sneaker destination. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, understands sneaker culture, and can create campaigns that resonate with India's streetwear and lifestyle enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for authentic sneaker products.
- Create compelling campaigns that celebrate sneaker culture, limited drops, and an authentic streetwear lifestyle.
- Manage full-funnel marketing campaigns from awareness to conversion, specifically targeting sneakerheads and lifestyle enthusiasts.
Platform Management
- Execute campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) with expertise in PPC and SEM strategies.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, leveraging sneaker culture content and influencer partnerships.
- Oversee programmatic advertising and explore emerging platforms like TikTok for reaching Gen-Z sneaker enthusiasts.
- Optimise campaigns for mobile app downloads and website conversions
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximise performance.
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure the complete customer journey.
- Generate actionable insights and weekly performance reports with recommendations for optimisation.
Budget & ROI Management
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI while maintaining optimal customer acquisition costs.
- Allocate resources across channels based on performance data and business priorities.
- Monitor spending against targets and adjust bid strategies to achieve performance KPIs
- Track and report on budget utilisation and campaign profitability
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of managing campaigns for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands preferred, especially in the fashion/lifestyle sector
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: ₹6-9 lakhs per annum based on experience
