Compensation: Equity-based for Managing Partner; Early-stage investment with equity for Co-founder

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join us as a Managing Partner or Co-founder, responsible for driving the SaaS division. This is an exceptional opportunity for a partner with a proven track record in building and scaling successful software companies, particularly in the retail and global markets. The ideal partner will bring a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for creating high-quality products that resonate with our clientele.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and Vision:
  • Take full ownership of the SaaS product strategy and execution, with a vision to achieve $25 million in revenue within 5 years.
  • Foster a culture of inspired responsibility within the SaaS team, where each member is encouraged to excel in their roles and contribute to the team's success.


  • Strategic Growth:
  • Lead the expansion into key global markets, including the UK, UAE, and India, with plans to establish international offices in key regions.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to ensure the division's exponential scaling, aiming for 50 clients on a continuous retainer basis in the first year.


  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards in product delivery, client retention, and business growth.
  • Work closely with the Inuio founder on new product ideation and long-term financial planning to maintain a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen).


  • Team Building and Management:
  • Appoint and lead a high-performing team, focusing on pre-emptive hiring and training to maintain qualitative output and self-governance.
  • Leverage existing Inuio resources and teams to optimize client opportunities, making targeted recommendations for additional services and product bundling.


  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster an open, human-centric work culture where collaboration and communication are key.
  • Collaborate effectively with Inuio's other divisions (Cloud, Design, Strategy) to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions that drive client success.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and scaling SaaS products, with a successful track record in retail, global markets, and business growth.
  • Strong connections within global markets, with a deep understanding of the retail landscape in regions such as the UK, UAE, and India.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and build high-performing, self-governing teams.
  • Experience in managing large-scale operations, with a focus on strategic planning and operational excellence.
  • For Co-founder role: Willingness to make an early-stage investment (INR 30L-60L) and commitment to the long-term success of Inuio.
