We are hiring aLead Generation Managertoown and scale our outbound lead engineusing AI automation, data-driven outreach, and multi-channel strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & StrategyOwn and runend-to-end lead generation campaignsacross verticals. Build targetedICP listsfor BFSI, SaaS, telecom, D2C, and enterprise staffing. Managemulti-channel outbound campaigns : LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, voice, events. AI Automation & ToolsDesign and manageAI-driven prospecting workflowsusingClay, Exa, Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot workflows . Automatelist building, enrichment, sequencing, and follow-ups . ImplementSlack/CRM alertsfor reply detection and meeting bookings. Continuouslyexperiment with AI toolsto improve efficiency (e.g., GPT-based personalization, automated email copywriting, AI SDR). Execution & Team ManagementSupervise SDRs and Lead Gen Executives to ensure daily/weekly pipeline goals. Handover qualified MQLs → SQLs seamlessly to Sales Heads/AMs. MaintainCRM hygieneand dashboard reporting in HubSpot. Analytics & OptimizationTrack KPIs: open rates, reply rates, booked meetings, conversion ratios. RunA/B testson campaigns, subject lines, messaging. Report funnel health weekly to leadership with actionable insights. Requirements3–6 yearsof experience inB2B lead generation(IT, SaaS, staff augmentation preferred). Hands-on experience withAI automation tools : Clay, Exa, Smartlead, HeyReach, Zapier/n8n, HubSpot workflows. Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo expertise. Prior experience inmanaging a small SDR/lead gen team . Strong communication, copywriting, and personalization skills. Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable withaggressive growth targets .
