The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance- Participate in regional business reviews. - Ensure timely submission of OAAP aligned with index requirements.Key Account Management (Institutional Accounts)- Identify and classify key accounts using relationship index. - Build networks and influence stakeholders within key accounts. - Explore contract job and product supply opportunities. - Collaborate with influencers and purchase teams for business generation. - Partner with Nina/Percept sales managers for order generation. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support. - Conduct weekly customer visits and maintain account insights.Working Capital Management- Assist in collecting slow-moving receivables. - Ensure compliance with commercial policies and documentation. - Monitor receivables and balance confirmations. - Identify financially stressed customers/applicators and take corrective actions.Insighting- Collect feedback from stakeholders. - Derive insights on product/service quality, site issues, supply challenges, competitor activity, and promotions.Competition Fighting- Track competitor activities and report to RM. - Work with specifications team to develop counter-strategies. - Engage applicators for competitive intelligence.Sales Objective- Build a sales funnel from projects and specification leads. - Maintain an order pipeline across accounts. - Collaborate with application subsidiaries and channel partners. - Drive achievement of order targets.Functional InterfacesInternal:- Application Services - Commercial Team - Specifications Team - Regional ManagerExternal:- Key Account Stakeholders - Applicators - Purchase Teams - Channel Partners
