Salesforce Business Analyst

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce implementation and optimization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Developer, or Architect
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools, such as MuleSoft or Jitterbit
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
