Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization through Salesforce implementation.

- Gather and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce projects.

- Design and configure Salesforce solutions using relevant clouds such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Develop user stories, test plans, and other documentation to ensure project success.

- Work closely with developers to ensure the technical implementation aligns with business needs.

- Conduct user acceptance testing and collaborate on user training materials.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users after implementation.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of success in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.

- Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical thinking and creative approach.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
