The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities in Hyderabad. The role requires a combination of sales and marketing skills and a deep understanding of the Advertising and digital space.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in business development, and experience in the advertising and digital marketing industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential new clients and target markets through research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with new clients.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to target new clients and markets in the digital marketing space.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative team to ensure the effective execution of business development initiatives.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working in Hyderabad Media House is preferable.
  • Proven advertising and digital marketing agency experience in business development and sales, with a track record of successfully securing new business for advertising and digital marketing services. Alternatively, experience in Space selling in any Hyderabad & Rest of Telangana media industry is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, space marketing, acquiring new business enquiries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English, Telugu & Hindi) with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Should be aware of the Hyderabad and Telangana market potential and contacts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience with cold calling
  • 2 years of experience in generating leads using Sales Navigator
  • Excellent Email Writing skills
  • Must be active on all social media platforms.
  • Overall experience is minimum 5 years and above.
