Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedBusiness Development Manager (BDM)to join our Trade Forex team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of forex markets, a strong network in the trading and financial community, and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: P&L responsibility for trade forex in the designated region. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Trade Forex and related financial services- candidates with existing network of SME/MSME exporters would be added advantage. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive client retention and long-term growth. Present and promote Fly Finance’s forex products and services to prospective clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Coordinate with the central team for the any product related improvement based on market needs Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for revenue targets.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade forex , sales, business development in financial services or products. Solid understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and industry regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
