Ideal Candidate: Will drive the organization’s sales performance by analyzing results, training teams, and setting clear goals. Should have strong territory knowledge, customer understanding, and the ability to coach teams on effective sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution Operations Achieve territory revenue targets and ensure regular primary billing from channel partners. Communicate monthly targets, schemes, and incentives to the field team. Monitor daily sales, productivity, and retail performance; conduct weekly reviews. Ensure market coverage through daily route visits and Bizom beat updates. Track distributor stocks and secondary sales to align with primary targets. Drive key metrics — productivity, lines sold, throughput, etc. Ensure adoption of sales automation tools and effective PJP planning. Sales & Business Development Expand distribution through new outlets, sub-stockists, and wholesalers. Execute new product launches and promotional activities. Boost coverage, productivity, and billing efficiency. Appoint and manage distributors for growth. In-Store Communication Implement marketing activities, merchandising, and visibility drives. Monitor competitor activity and maintain market hygiene. Coordinate promotional schemes with RDs. Distributor & Route Management Strengthen relationships with distributors; monitor collections and claims. Ensure optimal stock levels, market coverage, and performance reviews. Support market expansion via super/sub-stockist appointments. People Management Lead PSRs/ISRs to achieve sales and incentive goals.
