Headquartered in Mumbai & team size of 100+About the Role: We are seeking an experienced & result oriented Inside Sales / Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth for our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered tools and data-driven approaches to identify, engage, developing new market opportunities and convert high-value prospects into customers.Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales & Lead Generation 1. Develop and execute targeted ABM approach for key enterprise accounts in Telco, OTT, Marketplaces, Fintechs and Gaming verticals 2. Generate qualified leads through strategic cold outreach using multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, phone) 3. Create personalized content and communication strategies for specific target accounts 4. Design & own the multi-channel communication across email, social, and digital touchpoints 5. Research and map key decision-makers within target organizations 6. Utilize intent data and behavioural insights to prioritize outreach efforts 7. Manage and nurture prospects through the entire sales funnel 8. Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at partner organizationsRequired Qualifications: Experience & Background 6-8 years of proven experience in SaaS industry sales, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or related B2B ABM technology sectors Demonstrated success in cold lead generation using various tools and methodologies Proven track record of closing complex, high-value partnership deals in SaaS Industry Experience selling to enterprise clients in Telco, Media, Gaming, or Fintech preferred Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level relationshipsTechnical Skills Proven expertise in using AI-powered sales and marketing toolssuch as: Sales intelligence platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) AI-powered prospecting tools (Clay, Instantly, Lemlist) Demonstrated success in cold lead generationusing various tools and methodologies Experience with email marketing automation and cadence developmentReporting to: Chief Business Officer @ VSERV
