With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce CMS, Strong Air Cargo domain knowledge needed along with the ability to design scalable solutions and guide best practices.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce. - Work extensively on Sales Cloud to develop and optimize sales processes and automation. - Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including page layouts, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and flows. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Architects) to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and optimize performance. - Support and enhance Salesforce CMS components and integrations. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development standards and guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications- 7+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development. - Strong expertise in APEX Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers, and asynchronous processing. - Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and its customization. - Experience with Salesforce CMS development and integration. - Strong Air Cargo domain knowledge needed. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment strategies (CI/CD). - Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or ETL tools. - Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. - Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly preferred.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado, or AutoRABIT. - Experience working with large-scale, multi-org Salesforce environments. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
