DR ASHWANI KUMAR VIJ : Has been retained by a Leading FMCG company, marketing a range of Chocolate / Bean etc Products on B2B model and is committed to diversity and inclusion to Select 1 Young : Sales Manager Sales Manager will run the day-to-day sales operation for Corporate Accounts and Non Corporate Accounts India. This position will be responsible for driving sales for powder, butter, liquor/mass, chocolates etc Products in India. This includes maintaining the existing customer and recruit new customers. He/ She will be working with various stakeholders internally and externally. He/She will report directly to Director India. Key responsibilities include : Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization and prospective customers as he/she look to build out the customer portfolio. Develop new customers, new products, and new markets; maximize volumes, sales margins, and customer profitability. Liaise with various department locally (CS, Finance, Sustainability, Warehouse, QA, Production and R&D) with regional colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and product promotion through exhibitions and other channels. Initiate workshop to increase brand awareness of the customer. Assist with Customer Service to follow up on the delivery of goods to customers, and NR on time. Provide input to marketing and R&D about new products, competitors' new items, etc. Produce timely and accurate reports of the business activities Target market. Travel requirements : up to 60% travel required About the Candidate Profile : Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or similar. 6-7+ years of experience in the food industry, flavor, or palmoil. Experience in Project Management & team leadership. Outstanding presentation skills and showing can do attitude. Experience in Sales or client interaction, negotiation and persuasive communication. Good knowledge of working tools (MS Office, Sales force, SAP••} Entrepreneurship, self-starter & motivator with ownership and accountabilty. Flexibility to adapt and respond quickly to changing work situations and environments. Fluent Business English and local language. Age Desired is : Below 30 Years.
