Over the years, with a commitment to clean coding and intuitive user experiences, we have achieved an impressive growth.Our employee-centric HR policies, competitive pay scale, vibrant work environment, and collaboration with super-talented peers make it the perfect place to nurture your career and make an impact.Essential Duties & Responsibilities : - Design & Maintain Automation Framework, manual test cases and lead automation/manual teams- Design & Maintain Load Testing Framework and lead the Load Testing team.- Lead the Application Performance monitoring team to configure various APM products.- Flexible to work with cross-functional teams to create great customer experiences and implement high-quality standards.- Create & Review Test Scenarios, Test Signoff Reports- Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.- Work with cloud teams for deployment on Azure & AWS- Contributing to agility by ensuring an efficient, automated test suite integrated into CI/CD pipeline- Designing, building, maintaining, and coordinating an automated build or release from Development to a production environment- You will be leading a team of 2-10+ test engineers.- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining best testing practices in your team.- You will be engaged in team building activities like interviews, onboarding and mentoring new team members.- You will be engaged with the sales team as well in the capacity of lead quality consultant to crack new accounts by demonstrating your technical skills and project delivery experience.Requirements & Skills : - 7-8+ years of testing experience, including team leadership experience- Good knowledge of Cypress or Playwright is a must-have.- Configuring build or continuous integration and deployment tools (CI/CD tools) (e.g. Jenkins, Github Actions, Azure DevOps, Ant, Maven, Shell, PowerShell)- Decent/workable expertise in writing SQL queries and API testing, both Manual and Automation- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, high-stakes projects in agile environment- Proven experience in building, mentoring and managing efficient testing teams- Good hands-on experience on Creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, setting up Testing Environment; understanding business requirement- Experience with GIT source control and associated plugins- Good knowledge of Test Automation tools- AWS and MS Azure Fundamental knowledge- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle.- Experience with Testrails, Testlink or other Test management tools- Good experience with Application Monitoring Tools like New Relic, AppSignal, or similar.Good to have : - Agile, Scrum, TDD- Exposure of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps)- Understanding SonarQube and writing clean code best practices- Experience with risk, compliance and document control business technology- Domain expertise like healthcare, transportation, or banking domain.- Experience with Appium is good to have- Experience in JMeter is good to haveWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
