Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Design & Maintain manual test cases.

Create detailed, step-by-step manual test cases based on project requirements and functional specifications.

Perform manual testing to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

Document and track test results, defects, and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Investigate, triage, and prioritize reported defects based on severity and impact.

Work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution of issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.

You will be required to give technical interviews to clients or internal teams before you are onboarded on new projects.

Requirements & Skills:

4-5+ years of testing experience.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, high stake projects in an agile environment.

Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle.

Must have good experience in testing mobile and web applications.

Must have good experience in writing effective manual test cases.

Must have experience in running regression or smoke testing suit.

Must have experience in deciding priorities of test cases and managing all test case scenarios.

Must have experience in handling customer directly without need of supervision.

Ability to communicate properly by good written and verbal communication and by generating good test reports.

Good to have:

Exposure to Agile, Scrum

Exposure to Automation testing is a plus

Exposure to API testing or performance testing using Postman and Jmeter is a plus

Creating Test Plans, Test Strategies, setting up Testing Environments, Understand business requirements

Experience with Testrails, Testlink, or other Test management tools.
